Requirements

Your must register in the school attendance zone.

 

You must bring 2 proofs of residency (electric bill, water bill, tax notice, etc...)

 

Bring your child's birth certificate.

Bring your child's immunization record and social security card.

 

Children must be four years old on or before September 1, 2016 to enter Pre K.
